4. Payment Terms
- Payments are due as specified in your order agreement.
- Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment through approved methods, including credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal.
- Incomplete or delayed payments may affect service delivery timelines.
5. Revisions Policy
- Each service package includes a specific number of revisions as outlined in your order.
- Revision requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the initial delivery.
- Revisions apply only to meet the original project requirements.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Change of Mind: Full refunds are available if the project has not started. Partial refunds may apply if work has commenced.
- Incompetent Delivery: If the delivered work does not meet documented project requirements, and after all revision options are exhausted.
- Late Delivery: Refunds may be considered if delivery delays are solely due to the Company’s fault.
Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of order delivery. A processing fee of USD 250 or 5% of the order amount (whichever is greater) applies to all refunds. Refunds may take 5 to 15 days to process.
7. Returns Policy
- Due to the nature of our services, returns are not accepted on fulfilled orders.
- If quality standards are not met, we offer a thorough internal review and revisions at no additional cost.
8. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, all created content, designs, and assets become the property of the customer.
- The Company reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability
- The Company is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our responsibility is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the services provided.
10. Modification of Services and Prices
- Prices and services are subject to change without prior notice.
- The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
11. Consent to SMS Messaging
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
- Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
- All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

- Purpose: To send updates, promotional offers, and follow-up messages regarding your inquiries.
- Terms: Standard messaging rates may apply.
- Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP.
- Message Frequency: The number of messages you receive depends on your engagement with us.
12. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation.
- If unresolved, disputes may proceed to mediation or arbitration as outlined in the service agreement.
